The Professional Diploma/ PGCM in Retail Management is a 12-months, credit-bearing certification program developed by All India Management Association (AIMA) and customised to CityKart. The program aims to develop competencies in retail management and is customized for CityKart requirements. The program aims to give participants the retail mindset, skills, and qualifications. This will help the current employees to get into academic rigour and be ready to take next level promotions and responsibilities. It is designed to transform high-potential Senior Associates into “ready-now” Assistant Store Managers, aligned with CityKart’s rapid expansion across Tier II/III/IV towns.
